Early Life

Born Edward Christopher Sheeren on February 17, 1991 in Halifax, West Yorkshire, and raised in Framlingham Suffolk. He started writing songs from an early age.
At the age of 16, Sheeran made the bold decision to move to London and pursue a career in msic. He spent his days performing in the city’s streets and at small clubs in the night.

Despite his hard work and dedication, Sheeran struggled to break into the music industry. He was rejected by record labels and found himself sleeping on friends’ couches and struggling to make ends meet. But he never lost sight of his dream and continued to write and perform, building a devoted following of fans who were drawn to his honest lyrics and authentic performances.

Career and Rise to Fame

Ed Sheeran got his big break thanks to Jamal Edwards in 2010. Edwards featured Sheeran on his YouTube Channel, performing, “You Need Me, I Don’t Need You.” Marking the beginning of his remarkable journey to international fame.

“I really don’t think I would have been given the opportunities that I was given had it not been for Jamal putting his arm around me,” Sheeran said.

“I was slogging on the acoustic singer-songwriter scene for a very long time, just blending in… And Jamal was this sort of tastemaker.” He explained further in an interview.

In 2011, Sheeran released his debut album “+” (Plus) which quickly became a hit in the UK and began to gain recognition in the US. The album featured hit singles like “The A Team” and “Lego House,” which showcased Sheeran’s soulful voice and emotional songwriting.

With the success of “+” (Plus) Sheeran began to tour more, building a devoted fanbase and earning international recognition for his live performances. His simple, yet powerful performances stood out against the backdrop of lavish pop concerts

In 2014, Sheeran released his second studio album “x” (Multiply) which solidified his status as a global superstar. The album debuted at number one in several countries and featured hit singles like “Sing” and “Thinking Out Loud.”

“x” also marked a shift in Sheeran’s sound, incorporating more electronic and hip-hop elements into his music and collaborating with artists like Pharrell Williams and Rick Rubin.

In 2017, Sheeran released his third studio album “÷” (Divide) which broke numerous records and cemented his status as one of the most successful artists of all time.

In 2018, Sheeran stepped away from the spotlight for a while, taking a hiatus from touring and releasing new music.

When he returned to the public eye in 2021, he did so with a bang, releasing his fourth studio album “=” (Equals) and embarking on another sold-out world tour.

In 2022, he collaborated with the legendary Elton John on the song “Merry Christmas,” which became a holiday hit.

The diamond is an Old Mine brilliant cut stone. Swift wore a  halterneck white and black striped Ralph Lauren midi sundress with a ruched bodice, she accessorized with a Cartier diamond watch.

Their story began in 2023, when Kelce attempted to give Swift a friendship bracelet with his phone number during her Eras Tour stop in Kansas City. ‘Emily in Paris’ assistant director Diego Borella dies during filming

The entertainment industry was struck with tragedy as news broke that Diego Borella, 47, assistant director of the Netflix series Emily in Paris, passed away suddenly while working on set. He had been part of the crew since the early stages of the show and reportedly collapsed during filming.

Borella’s death occurred during the production of the final scene at the hotel Danieli in Venice. He suffered a heart attack while on location, and paramedics were called to the scene. The medical staff tried to revive him but, he was pronounced dead around 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, La Republica reported.

He was a Venetian who had trained in London, New York and Rome. According to Italian media, he also worked as a writer. His career in film and television expanded over the years, during which he built a reputation as a hardworking assistant director, contributing to several projects in both television and film before joining Emily in Paris.

Cast members have also begun to share their grief. Though only a few have spoken publicly, “We are deeply saddened to confirm the sudden passing of a member of the Emily in Paris production family, our hearts go out to the individual’s family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time,” said Paramount Television Studios spokesperson.

The circumstances of his passing have also raised awareness of the pressures of long working hours in the film industry. Though no official link has been drawn, industry professionals have reflected on the toll that production schedules can take on crew members’ health.

Production on season five of Emily in Paris was temporarily suspended following Borella’s death, but filming resumed on Saturday, August 23rd. Netflix recently released a first look at the new season and announced it will premiere on December 18.
