Harper Beckham’s Skincare Brand Reveals She’s Not Using ‘Beckham’

Published

Harper Beckham is entering the beauty industry under a name that leaves one of the world’s most famous surnames off the label.

Trademark filings and media reports indicate that the 15-year-old’s skincare venture will trade as Harlo by Harper, rather than using the Beckham name. The branding sets the business apart from her parents’ established brands while giving it a distinct identity.

The move comes from a family with a long track record in fashion, sport and beauty. David Beckham has built a global business portfolio beyond football, while Victoria Beckham has expanded from fashion into cosmetics with her own beauty label. Reports describe Harper’s project as focusing on her own name instead of becoming another Beckham-branded venture.

The skincare line is expected to focus on products including facial cleansers and creams. Reports also suggest the range draws inspiration from South Korean skincare, which continues to shape product development across the global beauty industry.

According to Victoria Beckham, Harper’s interest in skincare began after experiencing acne linked to products that were too harsh for young skin. Victoria has said those experiences inspired discussions about creating skincare designed with teenagers in mind, eventually developing into the current business project.

The venture has already faced trademark hurdles. An earlier application for the name Hiku by Harper reportedly encountered objections in the United States because of similarities to existing trademarks. More recent filings for Harlo by Harper indicate the brand is moving ahead under its new name.

Although Harper Beckham’s surname is recognised around the world, her first business venture appears to place the emphasis on building recognition for Harlo by Harper instead. As preparations for the launch continue, attention will shift from the name behind the brand to the products themselves.

Later, the singer changed into another bold outfit for a surprise performance that closed the event. She took to the stage in a black lace bodysuit with sheer panels, corset-inspired detailing and fishnet stockings. An embroidered cape, layers of gold body jewellery, diamond earrings and lace-up stilettos completed the outfit. It matched the style she often chooses for her live performances.

The set included some of her best-known hits, including Waiting for Tonight, Love Don’t Cost a Thing and Let’s Get Loud. She also performed the Italian classic Il cielo in una stanza in tribute to her hosts. Throughout the show, Lopez changed into several custom Dolce & Gabbana creations, with the black lace bodysuit becoming one of the evening’s most talked-about outfits thanks to its lace detailing and bold design.

Kate Middleton’s Best Wimbledon Looks

Published

on

Photo: Getty Images

Wimbledon has become more than one of the biggest events on the tennis calendar. It is also one of the few occasions that brings together royal style, British tradition and fashion. Catherine, Princess of Wales, has become closely associated with that balance through her appearances at the Championships, which have become one of the most anticipated parts of the tournament each summer.

As patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, Kate is a regular in the Royal Box, but her wardrobe choices rarely feel predictable. Her Wimbledon appearances have drawn consistent attention for the way she combines classic tailoring with colours and cuts suited to both the occasion and the season.

Her Wimbledon wardrobe is defined by consistency. Over the years, Kate has built a recognisable style formula while still finding ways to introduce something fresh each season.

One of her earliest standout appearances came in 2011, shortly after marrying Prince William. Wearing a white pleated Temperley London dress, she embraced the tournament’s traditional palette without looking overly formal. The look established a style direction she would return to repeatedly: clean lines, structured tailoring and understated accessories.

Green has become closely associated with her Wimbledon wardrobe. Whether in Emilia Wickstead, Roland Mouret or other British designers, she has frequently chosen shades that complement Wimbledon’s grass court setting.  These dresses often feature fitted waists, midi length skirts and sharp shoulders that suit the relaxed formality of the tournament.

Polka dots are another recurring favourite. Kate has worn the print in different colours and cuts over several tournaments, showing how a timeless pattern can remain current when paired with simple accessories. Her jewellery is usually limited to pearl earrings, delicate necklaces or classic watches, allowing the clothing to take centre stage.

She has also shown a willingness to introduce unexpected choices. In 2023, she surprised fashion observers with a mint Balmain blazer, moving away from her usual dress styles while remaining appropriate for the Royal Box. The tailored jacket showed a different direction in her Wimbledon wardrobe because it broke from the patterns she had established over the previous decade.

Her 2026 appearances continued that evolution. She first arrived in a relaxed blue Gabriela Hearst suit, then changed into a striking red Roland Mouret dress for the women’s final before closing the tournament in a rich green outfit for the men’s final. The three outfits demonstrated a broader range of colours while maintaining her established style.

Accessories have always played a supporting role in Kate’s Wimbledon outfits. Nude pumps, pointed slingbacks and suede courts appear regularly, alongside structured handbags in neutral shades. Her hair is typically worn in soft waves or half up styles, while her makeup remains natural and refined. One detail that returns every year is the green and purple bow, worn because of her role as patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club. It has become a regular feature of her Wimbledon appearances.

Kate’s Wimbledon wardrobe differs from many celebrity appearances because it focuses on classic tailoring instead of seasonal trends. Quality fabrics, refined cuts and carefully chosen colours have given many of her outfits lasting appeal, with several remaining favourites years after they first appeared.

That consistency has made her a regular fashion focus at Wimbledon. Her approach remains centred on clothing that suits the occasion, respects the tournament’s traditions and occasionally introduces new colours or cuts. It is a style formula that continues to attract attention each year.
