Spencer’s gown was ankle-length and created from layers of soft gold tulle. The design included a fitted corseted bodice embroidered with raised floral appliqués, a structured waistline, and a full skirt that revealed matching metallic stilettos. Her hair was styled in a smooth chignon, and her makeup was kept understated.

She also wore a 74.4-carat Paraíba tourmaline and diamond necklace featuring an aquamarine centre stone. The necklace formed part of the high-jewellery presentation at the event and was one of the statement pieces unveiled during the evening.
